My name is Megan Jeanjaquet and this is my eleventh year teaching First Grade at Legacy Academy! I am a Colorado native. When I graduated from high school, I moved to California to attend Biola University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
I love seeing how students grow through the year and enjoy watching them grasp a concept. The “light-bulb” moments are what I love about my job.
Teaching at Legacy Academy gives me the resources to incorporate technology into daily lesson plans and allows me as a teacher to engage students in a whole different way. I am looking forward to a wonderful year!

Activities & Hobbies:
When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me gardening, traveling, or spending time with my family and friends. I also love finding new ideas to use in the classroom with my students.
