2011 has been a year of incredible change and progress at Legacy.  We invite you to participate in the Parent Survey and provide your honest assessment. The survey is being conducted online and an invitation will be sent to you via email.  The survey will be open through December 23, 2011 and you will receive credit for two volunteer hours upon completion (see the instructions below).

Volunteer Hours:  To receive 2 hours of volunteer credit for completing the survey

Upon completion, forward the confirmation email as proof of completing the survey to parentsurvey@legacyk8.org and your hours will be logged in the volunteer notebook.

Alternatively, you can print and sign the confirmation page at the end of the survey and submit this to the front office and your hours will be logged in the volunteer notebook.

Student Rewards:  We have some exciting new incentives for the students this year! The homeroom with the highest percentage of participation will receive their choice of some FUN apps for the iPad 2.  We will announce the list of selected apps during our morning announcements.  There will be 3 winning classrooms; the grades will be divided as follows:

1.  6th-8th graders

2.  3rd-5th graders

3.  K-2nd graders

If you do not have internet access, please call the school to set up an appointment with Brayden Wardrop to complete the survey at the school.
