Testing begins first thing in the morning. - Please do not schedule trips or appointments during this time.
- Please make sure your child is well rested and ready to test.
- Provide a light and healthy breakfast and send a healthy snack.
- Encourage your child and affirm them with words of praise like “You’ll do great!” or “Believe in yourself!”
- Remind your child to read all of the directions and answer all questions. Also, remind them to check their work and to do their best.
- Absolutely no cell phones are allowed in the classroom. If discovered, they will be confiscated. It is best that they stay at home during this testing window. If a student needs to have one, they must be turned off and left in locker or turned into the office for safe keeping. The CDE is enforcing this rule.
