Purchasing Uniforms
You are not obligated to purchase school uniforms from any specific store, as long as they meet the same standards as those shown at:
Walmart in Elizabeth carries our uniforms, but could have some in inventory that differ from our approved items.
P.E. Uniforms & Hoodies/Sweatshirts
PE uniforms and hoodies/sweatshirts must be purchased from Royal B Threads. These items will be sent directly to Legacy Academy and delivered to your student in August. Legacy Academy has approved a basic gray or blue hoodie (zip-up or pullover) without the logo, allowing you to supply your own.

Uniform Requirements for K-8 Students
Legacy Academy requires that all students wear a uniform. The purpose of the dress code is to:
● minimize distractions from academics in support of the school’s mission statement
● promote an atmosphere of order, respect, and modesty;
● create an environment where students are known for the content of their character, rather how they dress;
● prepare students for college and career expectations
Legacy Academy uniforms can be purchased from any retail source provided that the clothing items meet Legacy’s uniform requirements. For more information about appropriate uniform items or to see samples of uniforms, please contact Legacy’s office.
