Hi! I’m Mrs. Powell, the Thursday and Friday Kindergarten teacher. This will be my 3rd year teaching with the Legacy Homeschool Academy Program. Throughout the school year, students will experience hands-on science and STEM activities integrated with fine motor skills practice in a fun, interactive environment. This is my 11th year homeschooling my children, 1 in high school, the other graduated and is now serving in the US Army.

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy homesteading and spending time with my farm animals especially my heifer, Creamy.
