Lunch Ordering Info

Legacy Academy school lunches are catered by the Elizabeth School District. We offer one choice per day for lunch, which includes the salad bar, and a fat free chocolate milk or 1% white milk. The price for a student lunch is $3.25; an additional entree is $1.00 and individual milk costs $.50. Payments may be sent with your child to the office. Please put cash in a sealed envelope marked with your student’s and their teacher’s name; checks need to be payable to Elizabeth Lunch Program. You may pay in advance and students can carry a small deficit. If your child has a deficit in their lunch account on Monday, you will be sent either an email or bill. To keep informed on your students account, we recommend you set up an account through PayForIt. To do this, you will need to call the school office to get your student’s ID number. You may also pay with a credit card through PayForIt; however, a small fee is incurred to use that part of the service.

Lunches must be ordered daily before 8:15am. Students will have the opportunity to order first thing in the morning in their classroom. If your student(s) will be arriving late to school, you will need to contact the office by 8:15 to order your student’s lunch for that day. Children, who forget to order a lunch or forget their lunch at home, will be allowed to go through the salad bar, and there will be a fee of $3.25 charged to their account.

Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals, which are $.40. You will need to complete one Free and Reduced Price School Meals Application for all students in your household. You may download from our Resource Tab or they can be obtained and returned at Legacy’s school office. These applications must be current, so they cannot be accepted more than thirty days before your student(s) start school.
